4. Contact me via one of the provided ways(mail/reddit/discord/insta) for questions and so on.
The email should look like:Number of characters and info of the character(s)(references and whatnot).So, we are 100% of what character(s) we are looking for.
The rest, background, positions and whatnot I will leave up to you.Use your words to describe what’s in your mind, be as kinky as you want, I won’t judge lol.
5. As said before, references would be appreciated but not required. I'll be looking for them nevertheless
6. Once the commission has been approved, the price we’ve agreed, the paymanet of the invoice has been made(read the TERMS OF SERVICE!) via Paypal.7. I will notify you when I’ve started working on your artwork.8. I’ll send you 4-6 sketches until we arrive at a desired result from which I can continue towards the finished product. I will continue keeping you updated with multiple updates(about 30+ in general), meanwhile you can ask for revisions.9.Once the commission is done you will receive the final product at a web resolution, high resolution, variations(if any), the steps.10.Delivery time DEPENDS on the complexity, from the moment I’ve started might take up to 3-4 days(some times more).

Terms & Conditions

1. General TermsAll commissions will include my logo and name that you may not remove.
Prices are subject to change based on demand,complexity of the commission and other factors that will be communicated to you if need be.
I have the right to reject any commission that I don’t feel comfortable doing.2. PaymentThe accepted currency is USD and it can be made through Paypal.
All commissions must be paid full upfront.
DO NOT send the payment before I’ve accepted or declined your commission!3. Process & DeliveryI will notify you once I’ve started working on your commission therefore you lose the right to a refund (see point 7 further below for more on refunds).
While working on your commission I’ll keep you updated to make sure I achieve your desired result.
During the updates, you will receive work in progress images that are small compared to the final resolution and are watermarked.
The time it takes to finish the commission varies on multiple factors.The usual delivery time should be from 2-4 days from the moment you’ve been noticed that I started your commission.
If anything comes up to alter the delivery time, I will let you know.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full resolution image.Note, there’s no physical product.If you want to print it for personal use you should notify me so I can make the piece Print-Ready.4. RevisionsI, the artist, claim the rights to the produced artwork, not the buyer.Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:Promote myself with it everywhere
Publish it
Display it everywhere to my liking
Post it wherever I want
The buyer is allowed to:Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (yes you may upload it to your dA,instagram,tumblr and so on)
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself
Use the artwork to promote themselves.You’re not forced to give credit to me but it would be greatly appreciated
Use the artwork on their Youtube channel(or similar websites) and in monetized video as long as the artwork itself is not the main reason for the earnings
The following is considered a copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - making money off it in any way
Claim the artwork as your own
Removing my signature/logo/name out of the artwork
Altering the artwork without my consent
I reserve the full rights to the image and it’s use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon(rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased)6. Customer satisfactionI will do everything I can to make my customers happy!
If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together as soon as possible :)7. Refund/Cancellation policyThe buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
If for any reason I’m unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a paypal chargeback.I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full rights to profit further from it in any way.I will also decline the chargeback and give Paypal our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.Furthermore you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, the artist and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior ordering your commissioned piece.
